Creative and strategic direction, design and modular stand production for a touring activation

How we did it

Total Fitness launched Squad Sessions but the uptake of the classes wasn’t great.

They contacted us to help them develop a touring activation with the goal of increasing awareness and uptake of Squad Sessions.

So that the activation could easily tour and go into different health clubs we designed and built a bespoke eye catching modular stand with interactive screens, a gamified survey and space on the stand to host products and giveaways.

Taking inspiration from the Squad Sessions brand identity we gave the stand its own creative hook, Squad Stop, and developed interactive and gamified content to help increase engagement.

Making 9 stops on its tour the roadshow helped increase bookings of Squad Sessions by 45% and also increased attendance to sessions by 67%.
