Across their team of 300 employees at Teamwork.com there was a lot of confusion around how to communicate succinctly what it is they actually do. The leadership team realised that not everyone was aligned with their positioning and wanted help to rectify this.
What was required was a workshop to help their team understand their core strategy and positioning and be able to communicate in their own words what Teamwork.com is and what they do.
We worked closely with the leadership team to develop a interactive workshop that had people work in teams through a variety of questions and challenges. This culminated in a battle between teams where they had to get across in two sentences the companies strategy and positioning. As the battle went on, a wall of competitor logos was built and then ultimately knocked down by the winning team.
