THE WHY

The marketing team had been working hard on the new brand identity for Convatec and wanted to launch it to everyone in the global marketing team. But rather than do this on a standard style Zoom or Teams meeting, they wanted a higher production level to engage and inspire the audience.

THE WHAT

A hybrid and virtual event that spanned four days. Starting in their office with a live and virtual audience and then switching to a fully virtual event. The content was delivered with a

professionally vision mixed broadcast that helped the team paint a story of the brand's development across numerous days and included lots of interaction and breakouts for discussions.

Excited audience

An audience that was excited and inspired by the revealing of the new brand and excited for the future of the company.

Informed audience

Daily surveys showed that the audience felt not just inspired but informed by the content. Understanding the future strategy.

Connected team

This was the first team the marketing team had come together like this since the pandemic began. There had been lots new hires and the event helped them feel more connected.
