How did we get here?

Our founder, Joe, has produced events for some of the world’s biggest brands across the music, pharmaceutical, animal health and technology industries, to name just a few.

Which is where he noticed the limitations that traditional events and communications agencies face – and why he decided to build a new kind of agency.

Chameleon is as agile as it is creative – the talent spans continents and inspiration is pulled from everywhere. It is a tight-knit network of passionate experts from around the world, which is probably why it’s Manchester’s leading events company.

Every time an invoice gets paid, we plant a number of trees – some from us, some from you. At the end of each year we’ll send you a certificate showing how many trees we’ve planted.

Founder & Executive Producer

A passionate producer, Joe has been producing events and communications campaigns since his mid-teens. Delivering award-winning live and virtual experiences for global clients, he is a specialist in shaping experiences and ensuring projects exceed the brief.

Chelsea

Account Manager

Working in the events industry for over 10 years now, Chelsea’s account and project management skills are second to none. Trusted by the likes of Three, RBS, TalkTalk and more she is a real asset to any team and has lots of experience delivering virtual and live event.

Matt

Head of Design

With over 20 years of experience as a designer, Matt has worked with brands large and small, helping design bring to life award winning experiences alongside a team of creatives and producers.

Rich

Senior Producer

Rich is an award-winning senior producer with over 18 years experience in producing live events,immersive experiences, promotions, activations, and product launches. He is experienced at handling projects of all sizes for a broad range of clients

Katie

Producer & Project Manager

Katie has worked as an Events & Project Manager for the last 15 years. With extensive experience in the festival and experiential industries she has a keen eye for detail and planning, making sure no stone is unturned.

Producer & Show Caller

Linsey is a seasoned Producer and Showcaller with experience producing and running large-scale events and shows. With a calm and unshakable demeanour even in high-pressure situations and an impeccable eye for detail, Linsey is a great addition to any team.

Gabriela

Researcher & Strategist

Gabriela is an experienced market researcher and strategist skilled at reviewing insights and planning how these can be used to inform the objectives of a project. She has experience working on both B2B and B2C projects, working with sales, internal communications and marketing teams.
