One of our founding values was to always be an agency with a low carbon footprint, to continually improve our sustainability practices when producing events and to help our customers do the same. As an ISO 14001 Certified company we are continually looking at ways to become more sustainable. Whether that is through being a remote first organisation to reduce commuting and our employees carbon footprints, or consistently working with suppliers to reduce the carbon footprint of events, we strive bit by bit always improve. We also often help customers measure and reduce the carbon footprint of their events through consultations with our sustainability experts and measurement tools.

For each project, we follow a structured approach that we’ve coined our ADAPT process. Our ADAPT process is how we manage projects and was put in place to ensure we always deliver the highest quality, consistently. Throughout each project, we manage the project plan and budget, keeping you up to date on the status of each aspect of the project, if there are any key deadlines, what contingency plans we are putting in place if required and if we anticipate any unforeseen challenges and how they will be handled. During the initial stages of a project we will align a team of professionals with the project, create a structure and introduce them and the structure at the right time in the project. We will always flag as early as possible if we feel something might go over budget and why, and then work with you to ensure it doesn’t. Yes. Logistics and attendee management is a key service that helps take a lot of stress and weight off our customers’ shoulders. As an agency that offers venue finding and registration management services we not only help you get the best rates on venues and transport, but we also handle the whole process for you. We have the option to use an off-the-shelf registration system or build something completely bespoke for a project. This registration site and the associated inbox are managed by our logistics team who will regularly export the data and lead discussions with you about how the process is going and if there are any key questions. Leading up to the event lists are regularly cross-checked and when it comes time for the live event we will continually keep you up to date on how registration is going, if we have any no-shows and any other queries from attendees.
